A certain orange, bananas, Mikado features heavily on Teesside band Werbeniuk’s long-awaited new single. Mixing its B-movie metaphors with glee, the pounding “It Came From The Sea” is backed with “Americanish”, and both songs encapsulate the band’s horror at today’s political landscape and its somewhat suspect leaders.

The single is a straight to 8 track, live, warts and all recording, done in a local youth club, of a couple of live favourites. It’s available as a 7” record, which comes in transparent green or black vinyl. Each record features a unique sleeve designed and hand crafted by the band members, and a download code for high quality digital versions of the single tracks. All digital downloads include two bonus tracks from the same recording sessions.
